Stoją na półce w szeregu.

Siwki spokojne, leniwe, kare aż rwą się do biegu.

Skąd przyszły?

Brzmi jeszcze, rytmiczny odgłos ich kroków.

Ucichł?

To w takim razie spłynęły z niebieskich obłoków.

A może szumiały w lesie i wiatr targał im grzywy?

Albo ze szklanej góry niósł płomień je czerwono-żywy?

Mają zmyślone imiona.

Nikt nigdy nie słyszał ich rżenia.

Ale po łące z koca gonią dziecięce marzenia.
