Płynie czas nieubłaganie,

To rozterka mojej duszy.

Niech zatrzyma się gdy zechcę,

Kiedy zechcę też niech ruszy.

Niech nie pędzi jak szalony

Dzień za dniem i rok za rokiem.

Życie trzeba wszak przemierzyć

Bez pospiechu równym krokiem.

Trzeba własny czas ustalić

Aby płynął tak jak chcemy.

Bo jest jedną z rzeczy w życiu,

Których nigdy nie cofniemy.

Nie cofniemy, nie kupimy,

Chociaż byśmy bardzo chcieli.

Może po to właśnie płynie

Byśmy życia sens pojęli?
